In this episode, I share my view on karmic partners, soulmates, and twin flames. These are terms that are huge in the metaphysical world and often get thrown around. I brake down the difference and how these play out in life.
In this episode, I explain how important it is to create a plan for your goals. The solar plexus is what gives us the motivation to carry out our goals. As we create a plan we are putting energy towards these goals.I also discuss why we shouldn't be holding back in life. We are being called to step into our true self and part of this is living a happy and fulfilled life.
You know when someone says "This might sound crazy..but" that something good is about to be divulged. In this episode, I share my own something crazy. For the past 7 years I have has lots of experiences with the spirit realm. What I have noticed over the past few years is that normally these experiences get stronger and more frequent when I am about to take my life to the next level or I am under high amounts of stress. I will share with you my theory on why this happens and how I deal with it.
Intuition is that internal voice that we all have but often struggle to listen too. Why is it so hard to just trust our selves and listen to this voice? In this episode, I share how I have learned to listen to my own intuition. For me, intuition is felt on a physical level with a pit in my stomach or pain in my body. I also hear a voice in my head telling me if I am on the right track. Learn more about this in this episode.
In this episode, I chat with the Body Astrology a.k.a Claire Gallagher who is a Chinese Medical Practitioner, Medical Astrologer, and Strength and Conditioning guru. Claire shares how she has created her unique strength and conditioning program that follows the cycles of the moon called Moon Rx. This episode will have you thinking about fitness in a whole new way. Make sure you listen all the way to the end for a special gift that Claire is offering to all of my listeners for the next month!
The new year is right around the corner and the resolutions are running like wild fire! For the record I really hate the saying “New Year New You” like there is something wrong with the you that you are. I think you are fucking fabulous and you don’t need to be a new you, you just need to make yourself happy!
In this podcast I talk about how I have changed my view of New Years and making solutions. I used to make big goals and I used to help my clients do the same. The problem with this is that when we don’t meet those goals we end up feeling like shit. We don’t meet those goals because we have underlying issues keeping us from meeting those goals. Social media and television is over inundated with people trying to profit from our desire to be better. The problem is all of these people are preaching new year new you but you are the same person. They are not helping you change your energy patterns. If you don’t change your energy patterns you can’t change they way you operate. There is something deep inside that is causing you to lose weight or work at a job you hate and it’s not laziness. In this podcast I talk about this and how to set realistic goals.
I also address how you can work with the cosmos to set goals. In January we have a solar eclipse and a lunar eclipse. These are great times to release what isn’t working and start new. I will be doing a full podcast on this very soon.

In this episode I tackle a subject that most people don’t want to talk about, having an open marriage. My husband Eric and I talk about our own experience of exploring this as an option in our own marriage. I have always found the dynamics of an open relationship or even polyamory fascinating and I really wanted to share my own exploration on this subject. So may people have judgments on this type of relationship but there can be real beauty in being open minded and sharing your love. I do think it takes a lot of self work and open communication and shouldn’t be taken lightly. Go listen to this episode to hear all of my thoughts on this!
